🔁 Returns & Exchanges

  • All products purchased from  LAKSHMINIKETAN,  are not eligible for  any return/exchange of products.
  • We request customers to kindly go through FITNOTES, product description, size details and all images clearly before confirming order.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images/videos of the product for verification agreed with only 360 degree opening video without any pause or cuts share to our WhatsApp number +91 9618936059.
  • After approval, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose:
    • Store credit
    • Refund (if applicable)

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to:
    • The original payment method, or
    • Store credit (if selected)
  • Refund processing time:
    • 5–10 business days after approval

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless:
    • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Customers are advised to pack products securely to avoid damage during return transit.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • No amount is refunded you can choose any other dress or amount credited it your account.
